Dar City Care Group is looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team. If you are passionate about helping people remain independent in their own homes, we would love to hear from you.

As a Community Care Worker, you will support people older adults and working-age adults helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with medication
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Helping with household tasks and light domestic duties
• Supporting customers to attend appointments and access the community
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate care records

What We Are Looking For

• Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous care experience
