Location: Leander, TX

Compensation: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm; Saturday, 7:00am-3:00pm)

Job Summary We are looking for motivated, dependable Laborers to join our team. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role involves general maintenance tasks and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all elements.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Punctuality is essential—must be on time and dependable.
• Safety is a top priority—must follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
