CHANGE, Inc is hiring for the following position

Position Details:

· Job Title: Home Energy Rebate Program Manager

· Location: Weirton or Moundsville

· Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

· Job duties would include but are not limited to;

· Serve as main point of contact for the Home Energy Rebates Program, by conducting outreach, marketing efforts and client enrollment.

· Program operates in and would require travel to the following counties; Brooke, Doddridge, Hancock, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler, Wetzel. Travel would require personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Company vehicle would be available occasionally.

· Receive and manage all Home Energy Rebates Program applications and screen potential clients to determine eligibility by collecting and entering required documentation for program enrollment.

· Attend meetings and trainings to improve skills and knowledge of best practices

· Oversee any employee assigned to assist with program operations.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of High School Diploma, associate’s degree preferred.

· Administrative/Office experience preferred.

· Must have excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.

· Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation required.

· Applicant must be able to work well with diverse customer population and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.

· Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

· Pass a background check and drug screening.
