We are looking for responsible, customer-oriented individuals to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for customers receiving Apple products at their doorstep.

Designation: Home Experience Executive

Locations: Surat & Vapi

Experience: 0–2 Years | Freshers Welcome

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Fixed Charges per Completed Order

💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 - Ensure the safe and timely transportation of products from iVenus stores to customers’ doorsteps.

 - Provide a smooth, professional, and customer-friendly experience during every home visit.

 - Assist customers with basic product-related queries and data transfer, wherever required.

 - Handle products with care and ensure accurate handover to the right customer.

 - Coordinate with store and operations teams to manage schedules and order status.

 - Update order status after every successful handover.

 - Address customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

 - Follow company SOPs and maintain high service standards.

✅ 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 - Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.

 - Must be a local resident, with parents also residing locally.

 - Valid vehicle documents, as applicable.

 - Good knowledge of local routes and nearby areas.

 - Basic smartphone handling skills.

 - Good communication and customer service skills.

 - Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
