Home Experience Specialist

The La Marzocco Home Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving Home sales, and positioning the showroom as a destination for coffee culture and community.

The La Marzocco showroom is more than a retail space. It is a place where people discover the world of espresso, connect with coffee culture, and experience exceptional products through meaningful interactions.

Position:

In this role you will report to the Home Sales Manager and you will be responsible for:

Customer Sales & Consultation:

• welcome visitors
• provide personalized product consultations
• conduct product demonstrations and coffee tastings
• support customers throughout the entire purchasing journey.

Showroom Operations:

• Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of presentation, hospitality, and functionality while managing stock, purchasing, logistics, and operational administration.

Community & Showroom Activation:

• Organize events, workshops, product launches, and collaborations with local roasters, partners, and creatives to strengthen customer engagement and promote the La Marzocco brand.

Accessories & Merchandise:

• Develop and manage the accessories and merchandise category in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams, including product selection, merchandising, stock planning, and sales performance

Events & Brand Experience:

• Support the planning and execution of customer events, workshops, and brand activations, representing La Marzocco Home both in the showroom and at external events.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor showroom performance, customer satisfaction, and key commercial KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve customer experience and business results.

Requirements:

Professional Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, luxury retail, premium customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience within coffee, gastronomy, hospitality, or specialty retail is highly desirable.
• Barista knowledge and coffee preparation experience are advantageous.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems, ticketing systems, inventory management, or ERP software is beneficial.

Other information:

Working Hours

• Primarily based in the showroom from Tuesday to Saturday according to opening hours.
• Flexibility to support evening events, workshops, activations, and occasional travel when required.
