Home Health Aide

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care while promoting the safety, dignity, independence, and well-being of the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support individuals with daily routines and personal needs
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide companionship and compassionate, respectful care
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Communicate professionally with individuals, families, and members of the care team
• Accurately document services provided
• Report changes in an individual's condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Promote the individual's independence and quality of life

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid HHA certificate OR current CNA certification required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Dependable, responsible, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Must meet all applicable employment and background-check requirements

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
