Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with **activities of daily living (ADLs)**, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide **light housekeeping** services, such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up living spaces.

• Offer **companionship** and emotional support.

• Assist with **mobility** and transfers, including use of walkers and wheelchairs.

• Monitor and **report changes in client condition** to supervisors.

• Follow individualized **care plans** and ensure client safety at all times.

Qualifications:

• **Must be at least 18 years old**.

• **Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), STNA, or CNA** preferred but not required (training available).

• Reliable transportation is required.
