Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care for clients requiring assistance with daily activities. This role involves supporting patients with personal care, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a respectful and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care while fostering positive communication with clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Support patients in maintaining their independence through various transfer methods and mobility assistance
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide emotional support
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care plans
• Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes or concerns promptly
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients

Requirements

• Prior experience in home health care assistance or related caregiving roles is preferred
• Knowledge of patient transfer techniques and mobility support methods
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to individual needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on client locations
