Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate, reliable, and attentive. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to improve the day-to-day well-being of our clients by assisting with personal care tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor clients’ overall health and report any changes to a supervisor or nurse
• Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage client engagement in activities
• Follow the care plan provided and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor
• Must be able to pass a background check
