Home Health Coder (Experienced)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Home Health Medical Coder with strong experience in OASIS and Plan of Care (POC). If you have a solid background in home health coding and are ready for an immediate opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of specialized experience in Home Health Coding, OASIS, and Plan of Care (POC).
• Preferred certifications: BCHH-C, HCS-D, or HCS-O.
• Candidates without certification may still apply and may be considered for our Certification Program with a bond and training agreement.
• Able to start ASAP and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate ICD-10 coding, OASIS review, and Plan of Care (POC) coding.
• Ensure documentation complies with CMS guidelines and clinical standards.
• Maintain high productivity and coding accuracy while meeting quality benchmarks.
