I. Home Health ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities

***Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired

• Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.
• Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
• Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
• Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.

II. OASIS REVIEWER Responsibilities

• Oasis Review and suggested corrections
• Abstracting information from the Medicare OASIS D form and other medical records.
• Reviewing the 485 Plan of Care for compliance.
• Reviewing Face to Face Documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.

Qualifications:

• minimum 6 months recent OASIS review experience
• minimum 6 months recent experience in home health and/or hospice QA review
• Certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 and COS-C) a plus
• RN a plus

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
