Home Health Marketer

We are looking for a motivated individual that is responsible for interacting with the community and promoting company services both clinically and non-clinically.

Your Duties:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab facilities, assisted living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze past and current marketing data, and patient-company relationships to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and stay within an established timetable.
• Develop sales objectives and projections by meeting with team leads to set, allocate, and monitor goals, budget and timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health professionals and agencies
• Skilled organizer, detail and deadline oriented, excellent communicator
• Must be able to interact with health professionals at all levels
• Criminal background check required

We are a full-service home health care provider, with a specialty in rehabilitation; serving Medina, Summit, Portage, Wayne, Stark, Lorain, Cuyahoga and surrounding counties. Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
