Job Summary:

We are actively hiring Speech Therapist for per diem, part-time, or flexible work in the home health setting. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking supplemental income, improved work-life balance, or a rewarding side hustle.

Key Responsibilities (may vary by discipline):

• Perform patient evaluations, create and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver direct care and therapeutic services in the home setting
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on condition management and self-care
• Document visits and maintain accurate clinical records
• Travel to patients' homes throughout the Bay Area

Qualifications:

• Current and active California license as Speech Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (home health experience preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting
