5 Ace Solutions is hiring Home Improvement Representatives in Indianapolis to represent LeafFilter — one of the nation's leading gutter protection systems — at retail locations throughout the area. You'll be engaging with shoppers, educating homeowners on LeafFilter's products, and setting up free in-home consultations on the spot every day.

No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers at LeafFilter-sponsored events inside retail locations throughout Indianapolis
• Educate homeowners on the features and benefits of LeafFilter's gutter protection system
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations on the spot
• Build genuine rapport with customers and understand their home improvement needs
• Track customer interactions and manage lead data accurately every shift
• Hit personal and team goals for lead generation and appointment setting

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, high-energy communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Self-motivated and goal-driven — you show up ready to perform
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus — never required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• $10.00/hour base pay, paid every week
