Job Summary

Hamilton Exteriors is hiring a highly motivated and experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join our fast-growing residential construction team. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and ADUs, and we’re looking for top-tier talent with a proven track record in home improvement sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations, delivering professional product presentations for roofing, siding, and window solutions
• Follow up on 3 warm, qualified leads daily provided by the company
• Generate your own leads for an additional 8% commission bonus on self-generated sales
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners by providing tailored recommendations based on their needs
• Accurately prepare contracts and close deals with professionalism and clarity
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful experience in home improvement sales (roofing, windows, or siding required)
• A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to build trust quickly and close with confidence
• Self-starter with the ability to manage your time, leads, and follow-ups independently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for in-home appointments
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital proposals is a plus

• Industry-leading commission structure: 5%–10% of contract value
