Specifically, Tiger is looking for full-time, experienced Connecticut Licensed Home Inspectors with management experience or an interest in expanding their careers to managing and training other inspectors and collaborating on growth and strategy as a management team member. We have multiple regional positions open statewide.

Position Details:

• Reduced inspection schedule to allow focus on leadership and management.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and mentorship to inspectors.
• Collaborate with the management team on growth, strategy, and implementation of our core values.
• Build industry relationships by participating in presentations, networking events, and outreach activities with our Business Development team.
• Position requires 5 years of experience as a Licensed Home Inspector.

• Computer proficiency for report writing, including Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and aptitude for mastering our Reporting Software.
• Willingness to nurture strategic relationships with referral partners to expand brand awareness and drive referral growth.
