Job Title: Property Inspector / Quality Control Manager

Location: Metro Atlanta and Surrounding Suburbs

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Description

Phillips Brothers Real Estate is looking to Onboard a licensed home inspector to assist with all property inspections for the company's acquisition department. This person will play a key role by providing reports to our acquisition team to determine the condition and viability of prospective real estate purchases. In addition they will work with our construction teams to provide constant quality control visits to ensure the scope of work is being followed and done to an excellent standard.

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling and performing home inspections at various properties daily
• Preparing inspection reports at property to send to underwriting team
• Gathering photos / Video of properties
• Weekly Visits to ongoing renovation sites for quality management
• Weekly Check Ins with renovation teams for progress reports

Job Qualifications

The Property Inspector should also have the following qualifications

• Licensed Home Inspector for State of Georgia
• Minimum 2 Years of Home Inspector Experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to schedule and complete 2-3 home inspections per day
• Ability to deliver inspection reports at completion of each property
• Proficient knowledge of Home Inspector Softwares, Google Drive & Dropbox

Pay Structure

$70,000 - $100,000 Salary Based on Experience + Mileage
