Job Title: Home Loan Sales Officer / Relationship Manager

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance

Experience: 1-3 Years

CTC: Up to 3.8 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market activities.
• Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and customer referrals.
• Acquire new customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Collect, verify, and submit customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan sanction and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct field visits to generate business and maintain market presence.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking Sales, or Financial Product Sales.
• Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of loan documentation and credit processes.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field activities.
