We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a residential care facility dedicated to providing exceptional senior and long-term care. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise care staff, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety are maintained at all times.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
• Oversee medication administration procedures in compliance with health regulations and policies.
• Ensure adherence to long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements across all facility operations.
• Manage facility budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation with strong financial acumen.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to resident records, incident reports, care plans, and regulatory compliance using Microsoft Office tools.
• Foster positive relationships with residents’ families, healthcare providers, community agencies, and regulatory bodies to promote resident rights and community engagement.

Skills

• Extensive experience in nursing home or assisted living management with a strong understanding of long-term care regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing care teams and supervising staff in residential or community care settings.
• Deep knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s disease management, memory care strategies, and resident’s rights advocacy.
• Proficiency in developing and overseeing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Strong operational skills including healthcare financial management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and health regulation policy compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a caring environment for residents with diverse needs including developmental disabilities or disability services experience.
