Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and mobility
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, Home Health, or rehabilitative physical therapy preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
