Organic Light is growing and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Home Solutions Specialists.

You'll start primarily with HVAC, helping homeowners explore energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, while developing the skills to expand into Solar for even greater earning opportunities.

What You'll Do

You'll connect with homeowners, identify potential HVAC and Solar opportunities, conduct consultations, present solutions and guide customers through the sales process.

You'll also prospect for new opportunities and follow up with customers using our sales and tracking platform.

Previous HVAC or Solar experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Performance-Based Compensation

Your results drive your earnings.

This is a 100% performance-based sales position with no hourly wage or base salary. Compensation is earned through successful sales and completed projects.
