Home Support and Cleaning Assistant

The Home Support and Cleaning Assistant role focuses on helping clients create and maintain homes that feel organized, comfortable, and cared for. Team members assist with a variety of home support tasks while providing exceptional service, professionalism, and compassion.

Typical Work Day

Duties:

• Assist families in resetting and organizing their homes
• Provide support to seniors in managing and maintaining their spaces
• Organize and declutter residential environments to improve functionality
• Help clients develop and implement systems that simplify daily routines
• Adapt services to meet varying client needs and priorities from day to day

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers Licence with reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people
• Reliability

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions
• Handle all client information with strict confidentiality and discretion
• Respect client privacy within their personal spaces and belongings
• Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients
