What they need
Analisis & Perencanaan Belajar:
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar siswa, gaya belajar (visual, auditori, kinestetik), serta harapan dari orang tua/wali murid.
- Menyusun rencana pembelajaran (lesson plan) yang menyenangkan (fun learning) dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum sekolah siswa.
Pelaksanaan Proses Belajar Mengajar:
- Memberikan bimbingan akademis untuk mata pelajaran tertentu (misalnya Matematika, Bahasa Inggris, Sains, dll.) atau persiapan ujian (UTS, UAS, USBN, UTBK).
- Membantu siswa mengerjakan tugas rumah (homework), worksheet, dan mengulas kembali materi yang belum dipahami di sekolah.
- Menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif agar siswa tidak cepat bosan atau stress.
