Home Visit Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule home healthcare visits based on patient and clinical requirements.
• Assign and coordinate nurses, doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Liaise with patients, families and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor daily schedules, attendance, visit completion and any delays or changes.
• Maintain accurate patient and visit records in accordance with healthcare policies and DHA requirements.
• Handle patient queries, complaints and scheduling issues professionally.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support the Home Healthcare team.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare coordination/home healthcare operations in Dubai/UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).

Preferred: UAE healthcare experience preferred.
