Homecare Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct household visits within assigned areas.

• Educate residents about healthcare benefits and programs.

• Assist with registration and document completion.

• Maintain accurate daily activity records.

• Participate in community outreach activities.

• Submit reports and enrollment data to supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate.

• Vocational graduates and college undergraduates are welcome.

• No degree required.

• Good communication skills.

• Willing to perform field work and travel locally/within the area.

• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tolls (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Possible Deployment Area:

Barangays: Panipuan, San Agustin, Del Rosario, San Nicolas
