Homecare Manager

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality homecare services that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive agency growth, enhance service offerings, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage a diverse team of caregivers, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a supportive and skilled workforce.
• Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards, maintaining impeccable compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in homecare or healthcare management, with a proven track record of operational success.
• Possession of RN license or LPN license is highly desirable, demonstrating clinical understanding.
• Certification in Home Health Aide (HHA) training or similar caregiver certification is a plus.
