Homemaker Job Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Homemaker to provide essential in-home support to clients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living tasks, maintain a clean and safe environment, and help improve the overall quality of life for the client.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, and organizing
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding clothes
• Change bed linens and maintain a tidy living space
• Plan and prepare meals according to client needs and preferences
• Assist with grocery shopping and running basic household errands
• Provide companionship and engage in friendly conversation
• Monitor the client’s general wellbeing and report any concerns
• Follow care instructions provided by the family or agency

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to client needs
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Prior homemaker or caregiving experience is a plus
