We are searching for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor who’s ready to work with the best in the business. After all, we have top-tier training, high compensation packages and tons of career progression.

· Maintain hours per RO around 1.5

· Drive customer pay sales over $80,000 monthly.

· Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.

· Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance benefits.

· A mindset for delivering exceptional service experiences.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Complete and pass background check and drug screening.

• Bilingual proficiency preferred to assist our diverse customer base
