We're looking for experienced and motivated Honda Service Technicians to join our growing Service Department. About the Role

As a Honda Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

You'll work with modern diagnostic equipment, manufacturer resources, and a team-focused Service Department. Your experience, certifications, and productivity can directly impact your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform Honda-specific diagnostics and repairs
• Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow Honda, dealership, and safety procedures

Compensation

COMPETITIVE FLAT-RATE PAY + TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS

All technicians receive a production bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity.

Technicians can earn $70,000 – $100,000+ annually based on experience and performance.

• Honda dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
