Hook Lift Driver

We are a growing sanitation company looking to add a CDL class B hook lift driver to the team. To be considered, you must possess a valid class B drivers license with a clean driving record.

This position entails a driver that is responsible for the daily delivery and pick-up of hook-lift dumpsters (8YD-30YD sizes) . The applicant must be a detail-oriented individual, with the skill set to be able to safely maneuver in residential areas with a commercial truck.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Efficient time management- to ensure that the designated daily routes are completed.

Effective communication skills- to be able to convey any feedback, issues, or concerns regarding the truck, route, customers, or any other topics that need attention.

Basic understanding of mechanical functions- being able to check oil levels, notice any tire wear, and communicate irregularities such as noises and any visual damage in a timely manner.

Customer service oriented- possess a positive attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Follow specific routes and time schedules
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CDL B (Preferred)
