Greenstreat is hiring and are looking for experienced Front of House and Back of House team members to fulfil employment roles in our Wodonga store location.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer service: greeting, guiding, ordering, and creating an "awesome vibe."

· Maintaining food safety and quality standards.

· Retaining knowledge of seasonal menus and dietary information.

· Operating the POS system and handling payments.

· Maintaining a clean and organised environment (service, seating, restroom, storage).

· Restocking and performing opening/closing duties.

Key Requirements (About You)

· Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

· Positive, upbeat, and hardworking team player.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Strong communication, great personal presentation, and attention to detail.

· Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

· Availability for evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
