Horizon Practice Director (Remote, West Coast)

For our client, we are seeking a Horizon Practice Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead strategic business development efforts focused on helping enterprise customers strengthen their security posture and make progress on complex technical evaluations. The position partners closely with regional sales leaders, marketing, and internal teams to advance key opportunities and support the close of significant deals. It is a high-visibility role that combines executive relationship management, pipeline development, and solution positioning in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives to secure customer environments
• Lead relationship-building with key decision-makers
• Establish partnerships with regional sales leaders
• Collaborate with customers during technical evaluations
• Develop outreach campaigns with marketing and sales
• Assist in closing significant deals with sales teams
• Train internal teams on positioning the company's products

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity technology sales
• Experience advising C-suite and senior management
• Proven success in selling at senior management levels
• Strong knowledge of procurement and sales processes
• Excellent sales pipeline management skills
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences
• Experience using AI technologies for business outcomes
