In this vital role, you will support the practitioner, in treating women with hormone therapies, nutrition and wellness support , ensuring a great customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional client care. Duties

• Answer phones, schedule appointments
• client relations specialist
• client Intake, account set up, program review
• Ensure customer satisfaction with one on one communication and problem solving
• Provide customer satisfaction surveys
• Support hormone Specialist with client managment

Skills

• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, and navigation
• Great problem solving and ability to work independantly
• willingness to learn new skills and grow is (Must)
• Ability to maintain patient/ client confidentiality
• Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
