Located in one of Sydney’s most beautiful garden centre settings, Plants Plus Cumberland Forest is proud to be Sydney’s largest native plant specialist, offering a diverse range of both Australian natives and an extensive range of exotic plants.

We’re seeking cheerful, customer-focused horticultural salespeople who love plants, enjoy helping others, and take pride in creating positive customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for horticulture and customer service.
• Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture.
• Previous retail or garden centre sales experience is highly desirable.
• Good plant knowledge, especially of Australian natives, will be a strong advantage.
• A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.

What the Role Involves

• Providing outstanding customer service and horticultural advice.
• Recommending products and assisting with pest and disease troubleshooting.
• Helping customers to their vehicles with purchases (plants, pots, bagged goods, etc.).
• Operating the Point of Sale system (training provided).
• Hand watering, plant care, and general nursery maintenance.
• Weekend work will be required as part of a casual position.
