Horticulture Supervisor

• Plant Cultivation and Production: Grow fruits, vegetables, flowers, turf, trees, and nursery stocks to maximize yield, quality, and resistance to disease.
• Pest and Disease Management: Use Integrated Pest Management (IPM), biological controls, and chemical treatments to monitor and protect plants from pests and pathogens.
• Soil and Nutrient Management: Test soil, water alkalinity, and fertilizer combinations to optimize plant nutrition and health.
• Research and Development: Conduct experiments on plant genetics, breeding, and growth cycles to develop resilient or new crop varieties.
• Greenhouse and Nursery Operations: Manage plant inventory, irrigation setups, shading, and climate control in controlled environments. Role & responsibilities:
