Hospice Account Executive – Decatur, GA & Surrounding Areas

Amity Care Hospice & Palliative is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premier hospice and palliative care company known for compassionate, patient-centered care.

About the Role
As a Hospice Account Executive, you'll build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners throughout Decatur and the surrounding areas. You'll be a trusted resource in the community, educating referral sources on the benefits of hospice and palliative care and ensuring patients and families receive timely access to services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community organizations
• Educate healthcare providers and the community on hospice and palliative care services
• Meet and exceed census and growth goals for your territory
• Represent Amity Care Hospice & Palliative with professionalism and integrity in the field
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient admissions

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospice, home health, or healthcare sales experience required
• Strong existing referral relationships in the Decatur area a plus
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
