Hospice Clinical Manager – RN

The Hospice Clinical Manager – RN is responsible for coordinating patient case management, supervising care staff, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care and staff performance.

They provide direct patient care when needed, including case management, care planning, and resource allocation, to deliver compassionate, efficient hospice services.

Qualifications include a current RN license in North Carolina, a minimum of three years of diverse clinical nursing experience, and preferably hospice experience.

The role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.

Additional responsibilities involve organizing work independently, managing costs, and maintaining timely documentation.
