Hospice Marketer

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of hospice services across assigned territories.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to facilitate referrals.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and informational sessions for medical professionals and potential referral sources.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track outreach efforts, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze market trends.
• Lead territory management efforts by identifying new opportunities, setting goals, and exceeding sales targets through proactive outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to understand service offerings deeply, enabling effective product demos and technical sales presentations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales, or scientific/medical equipment technical sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, territory management, or enterprise selling with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
• Technical proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), and analysis tools for strategic planning.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Field sales experience within healthcare settings such as hospitals or clinics is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical sales processes, pharmaceutical industry standards, or medical equipment technical specifications is a plus.
• Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations confidently to diverse audiences.
• Leadership qualities that enable effective collaboration across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
