Hospice Nurse Practitioner (part-time)

• Deliver hospice visits in various settings, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and participate in on-call coverage.

• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to quality standards, and complete necessary certifications.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist, and experience in hospice or related fields preferred.

Work involves varied physical and environmental demands, including travel, home visits, and rotating on-call duties.
