· Develop and manage budgets along with Prima CARE’s CFO, financial forecasts, utilization, staffing productivity, and performance dashboards in partnership with finance and billing teams.

· Establish referral relationships with Prima CARE providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners while supporting ethical, patient-choice-centered growth.

· Present regular progress, compliance, clinical quality, and operational performance updates to executive leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.

· At least five years of progressive experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or related healthcare operations, including meaningful leadership responsibility.

· Working knowledge of Medicare hospice requirements, interdisciplinary care delivery, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement.

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, develop processes, and collaborate effectively with physicians and executives.

· Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and compassionate leadership skills.

STRONGLY PREFERRED

· Hands-on experience opening, certifying, expanding, or operating a Medicare-certified hospice program.

· Prior service as a Hospice Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Operations, or similar hospice leader.

· Familiarity with Massachusetts licensing and regional referral networks; hospice survey and quality improvement experience.

· Active Massachusetts RN license if assigned duties that require RN licensure.
