Hospice Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice setting providing end-of-life care in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage symptoms and pain, and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey.
• Ensure thorough, compliant documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Travel to patient homes within designated territory to provide care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with ability to drive approximately 20% of workday.
