We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Aubrey, Frisco, Little Elm, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients wherever they call home
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and routine patient visits
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• Provide pain management, symptom control, and comfort-focused care
• Monitor changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families about medications, disease progression, comfort measures, and end-of-life care
• Coordinate medications, medical equipment, supplies, and other patient needs
• Collaborate with LVNs, Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, and physicians
• Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients and families
• Manage assigned patient care responsibilities and coordinate visits as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
• Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred
• Hospice nursing experience is a plus!
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional patient care
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel throughout Aubrey, Frisco, Little Elm, and surrounding communities
