Job Vacancy – Receptionist

Vinoth Eye Care Hospital is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle front-desk operations and patient enquires.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and basic records.
• Answer phone calls and provide relevant information to patients.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
• Maintain patient records and front-office documentation.
• Handle basic billing and administrative support when required.
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience at the reception desk.

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist is mandatory.
• Candidates should have a pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance, with a confident and presentable personality suitable for a hospital front-desk role.
• Candidates must have good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Candidates should be polite, responsible, punctual, and professional.
