Job Title: Hospital Telecalling Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Home
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Description:
Connect with patients over the phone and assist them with OPD/IPD bookings.
Explain appointment procedures and hospital-related information.
Follow up with leads and encourage patients to complete their bookings.
Maintain daily calling and conversion performance.
Work towards assigned targets and achieve monthly goals.
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
Laptop, Smartphone, and good internet connectivity are essential.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills are required.
