Hospitalist | Remote

Position: Physician AI Trainer Hospital Medicine

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80 - $125/hour

Location: United States, Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review medical records and clinical notes for AI training
• Verify clinical information is supported by the medical record
• Assess inpatient adult medicine documentation for accuracy
• Follow established guidelines while applying consistent standards
• Identify discrepancies in medical records and medication details
• Provide feedback to enhance AI models and data quality
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate input

Requirements

• Strong years of hospitalist experience
• MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine
• Recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the last 2 years
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation standards
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow clear guidelines
• Experience in clinical documentation improvement preferred
• Comfortable with chart reviews and analyzing medical records
