Hospitality Host/Event Server

We are seeking Hospitality Hosts/Event Servers to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, this role is perfect for you.

*Responsibilities may include*

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome

• Assist guests to with check-in

• Seat guests at their appropriate table

• Greet guests, Serve guests (pre ordered menu), take additional food/beverage orders.

-Serve guests our High Tea Experiences

-Process orders & payments on Toast POS

• Process reservations and payments accurately utilizing Tock reservation system

• Stock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations

-Side work as needed

*Experience*

Required:

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to sell products or services effectively

• Experience in customer service roles

• Basic math skills for handling transactions

Nice-to-have:

• Serving experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
