Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to join our team. You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. This role is essential to delivering a welcoming, high-standard environment for members and guests across common areas, restrooms, exercise spaces, and specialty rooms.

You will also be eligible to work events.

Responsibilities:

• Dust all surfaces (including decorations, frames, skirting boards, air conditioning ducts, etc.), clean mirrors and glass, and sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors and carpets.

• Refill and replace supplies as needed (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, urinal essences, etc.).

• Maintain the main entrance and lobby area to a high standard (this is the first impression for members).

• Follow strict bathroom protocols

• Clean in designated order (gym baths, north baths, south baths, pool baths, theatre backstage).

• Clean handicap wall bars, floors, and cubicle walls (cubicle walls at least twice weekly).

• Take out trash daily, and apply disinfectant to cubicle and door knobs.

• Clean all exercise rooms and vacuum carpeted living/common areas.

• Service specialty and support rooms including Art Room, Music Room, MP1, Backstage Room, Media Room, Billiards Room, Study Room, Recreation Rooms, Racquetball Room, and Management Office: clean blinds, coffee makers and kitchen areas (microwave, walls, shelves), conference tables, desks, furniture, windows, and pictures; empty trash (including shredder).

• Perform weekly deep cleaning of the building entrance (flooring, trash cans, planters, windows, etc.).

• Assist with other assigned cleaning and light maintenance tasks as needed to uphold facility standards.

• Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.

• Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet the clubs high standards

• Report any damages to the rooms

• Respond to requests and/or member, guest complaints with professionalism and patience

• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary

• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
