What they need
D & D Restaurants is looking for a Hospitality Manager who knows how to make people feel welcome while keeping a busy operation moving.
This role is about more than checking on tables or responding when something goes wrong. You'll spend time with guests, work alongside the team, watch how service is flowing, and help address the little things that can turn into bigger problems during a busy shift.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable being visible. Someone who can have an easy conversation with a guest, give clear direction to a team member, and make a decision when the restaurant gets busy.
What you'll be doing
- Help oversee the guest experience during daily restaurant operations
- Be available to guests when they have questions, requests, or concerns
- Work with team members to keep service organized during busy periods
- Help address service issues before they affect the rest of the shift
- Support employee coaching and day-to-day team development
- Keep an eye on service standards, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction
- Assist with reservations, special occasions, and group needs when applicable
- Work with restaurant leadership on staffing and service priorities
- Follow up on guest feedback and recurring concerns
- Help create an environment where both guests and employees feel respected
What we're looking for
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, catering, events, retail management, or another guest-focused environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable leading and supporting a team
- Able to stay composed when things get busy
- Good judgment when dealing with guest or employee concerns
- Organized and dependable
- Willing to step in and help rather than manage entirely from the sidelines
- Restaurant experience is helpful, but strong hospitality experience from another setting is welcome
You don't need to have followed one particular career path to succeed here.
Someone who has managed a hotel front desk, coordinated events, led a retail team, worked in catering, or supervised another busy hospitality environment may bring exactly the kind of experience we're interested in.
Pay: $66,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- 401(k)
