Hospitality Manager

We can start at 10 hours a month, $20/hr. As the house manager for the properties, you will be required to do weekly checks on the units to make sure everything is in order.

How the hours work: This isn't a set daily schedule. You'd visit each property about once a week to check in, and the visit length depends on what needs to be done that day, sometimes a quick check, sometimes a bit longer. Some weeks may need more time than others depending on what comes up.

Here's a fuller list of what the role can involve:

Routine inspections

• Walk the property at least once a week to spot immediate issues (pests, leaks, broken fixtures)

• Monthly deeper check (drains, sludge, faucet/pipe health)

• Check unit condition during turnovers

Restocking

• Towels, mats, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, batteries, basic kitchen supplies

Pest & cleanliness

• Address pest issues promptly, coordinate exterminator if needed

• Keep common areas clean, remove debris/trash

Plumbing

• Monitor faucets, toilets, water pressure; unclog drains

General maintenance

• Check appliances, HVAC, lighting are working

• Reset internet/router, replace batteries, update lockbox codes

• Minor fixes only (nothing requiring a licensed pro)

• Schedule vendor visits for bigger repairs

Reporting

• Log issues, repairs, and anything recurring

• Flag anything urgent right away, don't wait for the weekly visit

• Photos when needed

Vendor coordination

• Let in pest control, internet techs, handymen for scheduled visits

• Confirm work is done properly before they leave

Safety

• Check smoke detectors/CO alarms work

• Make sure the property looks presentable inside and out

Logging hours

• Clock in/out with a free GPS app (like Tandem) for each visit
