St Vincent’s Lismore are seeking caring, reliable, and committed individuals to join our Hospitality Services team within an aged care / health setting, supporting essential Catering and Housekeeping services that contribute to the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents/patients.

Permanent Part‑Time & Casual Opportunities

About the roles

Kitchen Hand (Permanent Part‑Time)

• Assist with food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness in line with food safety and infection control standards
• Support catering services for residents/patients and staff

Casual Cleaners / Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, clinical and non‑clinical areas, and common spaces
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Relief Cook

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals in accordance with menus and dietary requirements
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
• Work collaboratively within the catering team in an aged care / health environment

About you

We are open to all applicants with relevant experience or a genuine interest in working in aged care or health services. You will ideally have:

• Experience in hospitality, catering, cleaning, or healthcare support services (preferred but not essential)
• An understanding of safe food handling and infection control practices
• A compassionate approach and respect for older people and those receiving care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Availability to work varied shifts
